Meet Our Founder: Stephanie Murphy
Stephanie’s love for real estate sparked when she began working as a leasing agent at an apartment complex. As much as she loved leasing apartments, she eventually decided to broaden her experience and obtain a license in real estate. After graduating from Allen High School and living in Allen, Texas for a total of 23 years, she has truly seen the town develop and is extremely knowledgeable about the area. In August of 2024, Stephanie and her family made the move to Blue Ridge, TX, about 35 minutes from Allen, where she is enjoying living on acreage and has even acquired some chickens! She loves being a part of a small town and welcoming newcomers to the area. Between her passion for real estate and her exceptional customer service, Stephanie is determined to treat each client like family throughout the entire real estate transaction.
Beginning MISS10N Realty, Stephanie truly wanted to find a way to combine her career in real estate with her deep passion to give back. When she made the commitment to give back to a charity or non-profit organization with each transaction, she realized that there are so many incredible charities that she wanted to help and couldn’t narrow it down to one. At that point, Stephanie made the decision to partner with her clients and have them assist in choosing the charity she donates to. In doing so, together, her and her clients have had an opportunity to donate thousands of dollars to help make the world a better place!
Aside from her love for real estate, Stephanie takes great pride in being a mother to 16- year old identical twin girls, and a 4-year old daughter. Family is a huge priority to her and she tries to be involved in her children’s lives any way that she can. Her twins play several sports but are most passionate about basketball, and Stephanie takes great pride in cheering them on during each game. Stephanie loves to be outdoors every chance she gets and loves to travel. She has a Saint Bernard who she completely adores and loves taking on walks. Aside from that, you can find Stephanie working on home-improvement projects, tackling an outdoor activity or planning a fun trip. She thrives on adventure and spontaneity!
