At MISS10N Realty, we know that selling your home isn’t just a transaction — it’s a major life step. That’s why our first priority is getting to know you, your goals, and your property. From there, we’ll guide you every step of the way so you always know what to expect.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Let’s Chat!
We’ll start with a quick phone call to learn about your needs, timeline and goals. This helps us understand, first and foremost, what’s important to you before we dive in. While on the phone, we will set up an appointment to view your home. At this point, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to prepare for your meeting so we can make the best use of our time together.
Step 2: Home Visit & Consultation
Next, we’ll come view your home. We will be checking the current condition of the home, any updates or repairs you’ve done to the home, discuss if any repairs or changes need to be made, review comps and a full market analysis together and come up with a pricing & marketing strategy that works best for you.
Step 3: Prepping Your Home
To make the best first impression, we’ll give you a step-by-step prep checklist. This may include:
De-cluttering and depersonalizing
Light repairs or touch-ups
Staging recommendations to highlight your home’s best features
Step 4: Professional Photos & MLS Details
Once your home is ready, we’ll arrange for professional photography. We’ll also gather all MLS details (square footage, property highlights, unique features, etc.) so your listing is accurate and eye-catching.
Step 5: Going Live on MLS & Marketing
Your listing will go live on MLS, syndicating to top real estate sites. We’ll also launch our marketing plan, which may include social media promotions, targeted advertising, email campaigns, and agent-to-agent networking.
Step 6: Showings & Beyond
From there, we’ll coordinate showings, update you regularly, and guide you through offers, negotiations, and every step to closing.
